Dr. Leminh

"One of the most rewarding experiences to me is to help our young patients to develop a healthy oral hygiene habit. A nice and bright smile is so important to their self esteem and success in the future."

Dr. Loan Leminh was born in Vietnam, where her father was a renowned dentist, and raised in France. Graduating from the University of Paris, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, she moved to the United States where she continued her studies and her license at the University of Florida. She is undoubtedly a unique dentist, with an extensive knowledge of dentistry which has been developed in over 20 years of practice. Dr. Leminh strongly belives in optimal dental care for patients of all ages, encouraging regular dental visits from the moment their first teeth appear. Her comforting style and modern, family-oriented office, located centrally on Dixie Highway at Raintree Plaza, radiate a feeling of calm which resonates with all of her patients. Her passion for children dentistry helped her to open First Care Dental of Palm Beach. Here, she strives to provide an warm environment where each patient feels welcomed, respected and treated as if they were family. She and her staff strive to genuinely listen and care for patients' health issues and address any concerns. Her love of children makes her a stand out in pediatric dental care. As the mother of a son and two daughters, she understands the importance of educating her patients as well as their families about oral hygiene and care. She has no doubt that a healthy and bright smile will ensure a life of self-confidence, happiness and success.

Dr. Gikher

Dr Marina Gikher was raised in Brooklyn, New York. She earned her BA degree in psychology and then received her DDS (doctor of dental surgery) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr Gikher participated in numerous local outreach programs that included educating, diagnosing and performing preventative procedures for young children in New York City based Head Start programs. To further enhance her experience she completed a one year hospital based general residency at Brookdale University College Hospital. She has since been working in a private practice setting. Her goal in working with children is to provide them with a positive dental experience that will carry over into their adult lives. Her compassion , empathy and patience help her connect with children of all ages, build trust and guide them toward a healthy and happy smile. When not at work, Dr Marina Gikher enjoys spending time with her husband, her 7 year old daughter and 2 year old son. She also loves to read, cook and travel.

Dr. Granada

"I enjoy being around children, and want to provide my patients with the most comfortable and enjoyable dental experience."

Dr Erika Granada was born in Cali, Colombia. She earned her degree from Del Valle University in 1998, and completed a postgraduate program in Orthodontics in 2012. She worked in her country asan orthodontist for 8 years. She moved to US and attended two programs in Nova Southeastern University: Master of Public health and an Advanced Education in General Dentistry where she provided dental care to patients with special needs and gained interest in working with children. She graduated in 2015 and is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Asociation, American Association of Orthodontists, World Federation of Orthodontists and Colombian Association of Orthodontist. Her primary goal isto make each dental visit as positive and fun as possible, making dental experience pleasant and relaxing for both patients and their parents. She enjoys traveling, cooking, latin music and yoga.

Marylin

"I've been working at First Care Dental since the beginning because I feel like this is is the one where I work with doctors who truly love the children. We're all part of the team dedicated to them - it makes me happy working with them every day and they make me laugh all the time."

Our head assistant Marilyn has over 17 years of experience in the dental field. She was a dentist in Cuba, working in many different dental specialties. After immigrating to the United States, she has worked primarily with children, aiming to provide care and educate them for healthier, happier dental future. She believes in giving her patients the love that every child deserves. Marilyn knew she found the right team at First Care Dental from the first day because of their professionalism and genuine care. In her free time, she enjoys the beach, fishing, and traveling.

Betsy (Betsabe)

"I love working in the front office making kids and their parents feel welcome"

Betsy recently relocated from Georgia to South Florida. She joined our team as Patient Relations coordinator with many years of experience in customer services. She always wanted to work with children, because as she said "It is fun. I love their curiosity, honesty and the fact that they are always happy". She decided to join First Care Dental, saying, "I like to be part of a team that is dedicated to the overall health and wellness of children". In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, traveling and skating.

Julieth

“I love how a day at work never feels like work. The kids make every day interesting and exciting. They make me feel young at heart.”

Julieth was a dentist in Colombia. She graduated as a certified expanded function dental assistant after moving to South Florida. She said “I love how a day at work never feels like work. The kids make every day interesting and exciting. They make me feel young at heart.” She likes being part of our team, mentioning “the moment I walked in I felt in love with the team”. She appreciates the inclusive environment that “everyone is treated with respect and dignity". Julieth spends the weekends with her daughter, being on the beach or ice skating which is her passion.

Junitssa

"Our patients are so sweet and they have helped me to become more patient and kind."

Junitssa graduated as a certified expanded function dental assistant. She decided to stay in children's dentistry and joined the team full-time after completing her internship with First Care Dental of Palm Beach. She loves working with children because they are so sweet and they have helped me to become more patient and kind. She loves working with the team at First Care Dental because she feels it is a loving, fun and caring environment. In her free time, she likes to dance and go out with friends.

Marjorie

"I have two little children and we have to leave them either at the day care center or with the baby sitter who cares for them because we are at work. That is why I fill my heart giving love to other children here at the office."

Marjorie is a certified billing and coding specialist, and is our Front Desk coordinator. She decided to join First Care Dental after seeing how her own kids were treated at our office. Marjorie loves spending weekends with her family, and showing her children new experiences.

Ruth

Working with children makes me happy... And I want to make sure they feel cared and loved

Ruth has been in adult dental care for more than 10 years. She decided to join First Care Dental when moving to South Florida from New York, since she always wanted to work with children. She said, "Working with children makes me happy. It is very emotional. They smile and hug you even if they cry a little bit before. And I want to make sure they feel cared and loved." She likes to spend time with her husband and children.

Yamila

"I adore working with children since it can be one of the most rewarding experiences you can have. Here's why: they are hilarious, you always learn new things and there is a lot of love."

Yamila has been in dental care for more than five years since she graduated with an associate degree in Dental Assistant. After one year working with adults, she decided to dedicate her time to work with pediatric patients. Her friendly and outgoing nature has made her a favorite assistant among our young patients. In her free time, she likes spending time with her family, specially with her two year old daughter. She also loves reading, going to the movies and relaxing at the beach.
